Mission Statement The Rural Health Clinic Association of Washington dedicates itself to maintain access to health care in rural areas and provide a voice for Rural Health Clinics, to citizens, legislators, as well as State and Federal agencies.  We will work to improve the quality of the healthcare in rural communities by promoting collaboration and education.
